I SUPPORT suitability and fiduciary obligations for any party that originates a loan -- loan officers, mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, federally-regulated lenders whether a bank, thrift or credit union, lenders regulated by the state and lenders not otherwise regulated.</description>
