					<description>I've started seeing this situation all over the place - I'm sure you would never advocate reverse mortgages for EVERYONE, but this is yet another example of when it is not only the obvious choice, but it may in fact be the ONLY choice short of foreclosure. This market is forcing a lot of people to wake up to that reality. Also, "sandwich generation" get stuck in the same sort of position. Where Mom &#38; Dad's expenses, often when they outlive their retirement funds, require you to support their needs. If they could get a reverse mortgage, then you would not be burdened, which is usually the last thing mom &#38; dad would ever want to do. Do you see that from time to time, or does that make sense?</description>
