		<description>Soliciting opinions on how Advisor compensation is affected by the Final HUD Rule on RESPA, March 1, 1999.  In that Federal Register document, it is clear that the advisor, to avoid steering, must recommend three lenders to the borrower.  ML 2008-14 doesn't state this specifically, but refers to RESPA.  Generally, it seems the industry practice of Advisor referrals is to one lender.  Thoughts on this?
