		<description>Wow, this is so true!  I have &lt;i&gt;yet&lt;/i&gt; to have a borrower, or even a family member, ever ask about my education or licensing.  I simply establish a friendship with them.  Ask them about what's important to them.  Talk to them about what's important to them.  Get to know them.  The old adage is true when working with seniors, "they don't care how much you know, until the know how much you care".
